12b (12b.plus) is a licensed online betting platform in Bangladesh. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between 12b and its members. By creating an account on 12b, you are deemed to have fully accepted these Terms.

1.1 Scope of Application

These Terms apply to 12b's website, mobile app, and all associated services. You must read and comply with these Terms before using any of our services.

1.2 Language & Interpretation

The English version of these Terms & Conditions shall be considered final. In the event of any discrepancy in a translation, the English version will prevail.

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to register with 12b. At the time of registration or at any point thereafter, 12b may request a national ID or other government-issued document to verify your age. Any account found to belong to a person under 18 will be immediately suspended and all balances forfeited.

2.2 One Account Policy

Only one account is permitted per person, household, device, IP address, or payment method. If multiple accounts are found, all of them will be closed.

2.3 Providing Accurate Information

All information provided at registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete. 12b reserves the right to close any account at any time if false or incorrect information is found. To update your details, please contact Customer Support.

2.4 Account Security

Your account password and login credentials must be kept strictly confidential. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, notify 12b Support immediately. You are solely responsible for the security of your account.

3.1 Deposit Rules

12b accepts deposits via Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits must be made from a mobile banking number registered in your own name. Payments from third-party numbers are not accepted and will be returned.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

• Your account must be fully verified before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals can only be processed to a registered payment method.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals are typically completed within 3–15 minutes.
• Withdrawals may be delayed while a verification process is ongoing.

3.3 Transaction Verification

12b reserves the right to verify any transaction. Additional documentation may be requested for suspicious transactions. 12b follows international AML policies to prevent money laundering.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a welcome bonus on their first deposit. This bonus comes with specific wagering requirements, detailed on the Promotions page. The bonus can only be claimed once and is non-transferable.

4.2 General Bonus Usage Rules

• Bonus balance must be wagered to fulfil the specified wagering requirements.
• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn before the wagering conditions are met.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Once a bonus expires, it will be automatically cancelled.
• 12b reserves the right to cancel any bonus if misuse is suspected.

4.3 Cashback & Rebate

5.1 Bet Acceptance

Once a bet is confirmed on 12b, it is considered final and cannot be changed or cancelled unless 12b takes exceptional action. The odds at the time a bet is accepted will remain in effect, regardless of any subsequent changes.

5.2 Match Cancellation or Postponement

• If a match is cancelled before it begins, all bets will be voided and stakes refunded.
• If a match is abandoned mid-way, settlement will follow 12b's official policy.
• For rescheduled matches, bets will be voided if the match does not start within 48 hours.

5.3 Live Betting

Odds change rapidly in live betting. If the odds shift at the moment a bet is confirmed, 12b will either accept the bet at the new odds or cancel it and notify the member. 12b is not liable for any missed bets due to connection issues.

5.4 Erroneous Odds

12b reserves the right to void bets placed at odds that are clearly erroneous due to human error or a system fault. In such cases, the stake will be refunded.

Involvement in any of the following activities will result in permanent account closure and may lead to legal action:

• Creating Multiple Accounts or Using Someone Else's Account
• Placing bets using bots, scripts, or automated software
• Match fixing or placing bets using insider information
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other financial crime
• Attempting to hack another member's account or steal their information
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities for unfair advantage
• Using Third-Party Payment Methods

7.1 Use of Information

Your information is used solely for account management, payment processing, and necessary communications. Your consent is obtained before your data is used for any marketing purposes.

8.1 Closure at Member's Request

You can close your account at any time through Customer Support. Please withdraw your balance before closing. If you wish to reopen a closed account, contact Support.

8.2 Closure by 12b

12b may close or suspend any account for the following reasons:

• Breach of Terms
• Suspected Financial Fraud
• Failure to Verify Age
• Accounts inactive for an extended period (over 12 months)

8.3 Voluntary Break for Responsible Gaming

9.1 How to Submit a Complaint

Any dispute regarding a bet outcome or transaction must be raised with customer support within 72 hours. Attaching relevant screenshots or evidence will help speed up the resolution.

9.2 Settlement Timeframe

General complaints are resolved within 24–48 hours. Complex cases may take up to 7 business days. A reference number will be issued for every complaint.

9.3 Final Decision

In the event of a dispute, the decision of 12b's authority shall be final. However, if a member remains unsatisfied, they may escalate the matter to the relevant regulatory body.

12b reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions, in part or in full, at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or push notification in advance.

10.1 Effective Date

Updated terms take effect on the date of publication unless stated otherwise. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
